Do you spend much time
thinking that you are not going to make it?
This is really an
interesting topic as everyone is afraid of something. Some are afraid of
failing in the exams, some are
afraid of failing in the relationships (love relationships,
marriage, family, friends and others), some are afraid of failing in the
business, some- in the job interviews and some are just afraid of the what
people are going to say about this and about that and so on.
Let me tell you a simple answer of this question. Fear is not
real. It's something which is only in our mind, in our imagination. It really
doesn't exists at all. We are afraid of something because we think about the
consequences in the future that something bad is going to happen. Don't give up
before you haven't even started.
It's time to come out
of the box and see what happens.
Here are
few tips to keep going:
1. STAY ALIVE:
As long as you are alive, anything is possible. Be grateful that
you are still alive. What about those people who died in an accidents, plane
crashes, due to the devastating earthquake, due to some kind of dreadful
disease? Feel blessed that you are still alive and you have a chance to do
something that will really give a fruitful meaning to your life.
2) THINK THAT YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOUR FEAR:
Sometimes in our lives
we feel like we lost everything or we have nothing to start, no money, no good
family status, no resources, no political background or nothing at all. And we
become afraid of something which is weaker than we think it is. I am surprised
that sometimes we just focus on the bad things in our life and we just forget
about the blessings that can let us keep going with hope.
I want to ask you few
questions:

So you have family who
will stand by you at any situation.
b) Do you have good
physical health?
Ans: Yes.
c) Do you have good
friends?
Ans: yes, some are
really true friends.
d) Do you possess a
self-integrity?
Ans: Yes, there is
nothing to be ashamed of.

See, There are many
things we can feel blessed of. The real problem is we see the things from
opposite side. When we change the site, we win the fear. You are stronger than
you think you are.
3) MAINTAIN PERSISTENCY:
Most of the times we
know we can do anything we can imagine but sometimes when we try, we fail again
and again and we give up. We become paralyzed with the thought thinking that
the thing we tried to do is out of our hand. No, if you are trying something
means you are trying it because you believe that one day it's going to happen.
You believe that you can do this because somebody had done it before and that
is the truth. So never give up in between of your journey.
4) DON'T COMPARE:
There is a saying," If you are comparing you with someone else, you are insulting yourself." Don't compare yourself to people who already succeeded, with people who are doing better than you. They have their own story and you have your own. you are behind because you haven't started writing your story yet.
5) IMAGINE, TRUST, REALIZE AND JUST DO IT:
a) Vision is the 1st step of success in life. Imagine the worst consequences of facing the fear. Imagine the great things you are going to achieve after facing the fear.
b) Trust your inner gut. You have done many miracles before that
you thought you couldn't do it. Today also you can do it.
c) Realize your inner
potential, the inner power, the will that will change everything, that will
face the biggest fear you are possessing.
d) Rather than just
imagining, thinking, planning, just do it. LET GO OF THE FEAR SO THAT
YOU CAN LIVE YOUR DREAM.
